Commercial plumbing service, repair & ground-up building work
Commercial plumbing service, ground-up building plumbing, backflow testing, and underground utility work across DFW. Licensed, bonded, insured.
The same family crew, at commercial scale
Tioga Plumbing self-performs commercial plumbing service, ground-up building plumbing, and site utility work across DFW — including underground fire sprinkler lines under our Texas State Fire Marshal licenses. One contractor, one point of contact, one standard of work.
What our commercial division handles
Commercial service & repair
Fixture repair, water heater service, leak detection, and drain & sewer service calls for offices, retail, restaurants, and multi-family properties — the day-to-day work that keeps a building running.
Backflow prevention & testing
Installation and annual testing of backflow prevention devices to keep your property compliant with city cross-connection requirements.
Ground-up building plumbing
Complete plumbing packages for retail, office, restaurant, and light-industrial builds — rough-in, water/waste/vent systems, fixture trim-out, and final walkthrough, coordinated with your GC's schedule.
Utility installation
Site utility work: domestic water, sanitary sewer, and fire lines from the main to the building, dug, laid, and inspected to city spec.
Water & sewer taps
New water and sanitary sewer tap-ins coordinated with the municipality — permits, tap fees, inspection scheduling, and camera-verified connections handled end to end.
Underground fire sprinkler
Underground fire line installation under our State Fire Marshal licenses — a capability most DFW plumbing contractors can't self-perform.
Most commercial calls aren’t a construction project
A leaking fixture, a slow drain in a commercial kitchen, a water heater that needs service, an annual backflow test your city requires — that's the bulk of commercial plumbing work, and it's where we spend most of our time. Property managers, restaurants, retail, and multi-family owners across DFW call us for the same reliable, licensed service we bring to a house call, sized for a commercial account: one contact, consistent pricing, and a written invoice for your records.
Set Up Commercial ServiceWhen a snake won’t cut it: hydro jetting
Hydro jetting is its own service, not a bigger version of drain cleaning. A jetter drives high-pressure water down the line and scours the pipe wall clean in every direction — which is the only thing that reliably works on the two blockages a commercial kitchen or an older DFW sewer lateral actually produces: hardened grease and root intrusion.
The tool has to match the blockage. An auger or a snake punches a hole through a soft obstruction, which is exactly right for a hair clog in a bathroom line and exactly wrong for grease — the hole closes back up and the restaurant calls again in three weeks. A camera finds root intrusion and tells us where the joint failed, but it can’t remove anything. Jetting is what clears the line back to full diameter.
Hair and soft clogs → auger or snake
A cable punches through and pulls the obstruction out. Fast, cheap, and the right call for a lavatory or tub line.
Suspected root intrusion → camera first
We put an inspection camera down the line to find where roots entered and how bad the joint is, before anyone quotes a repair.
Grease and roots → hydro jetting
High-pressure water strips the buildup off the pipe wall and flushes it out, restoring the full inside diameter instead of a channel through the middle.
Line already backing up on you? That’s a call for our 24/7 emergency plumbing line, not a scheduled bid.
Underground work, done to TCEQ standards
Tioga Plumbing and the Carter Family started out in site excavation, and our crews still open ground for drain and sewer lines, demolitions, foundations, septic systems, and downspout drains for new developments and general contractors across DFW. Every one of those scopes sits inside an environmental rulebook — digging near a sewer main, a septic field, or a storm outfall puts a job under the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, and we follow all TCEQ regulations on the discharge, the spoil, and the restoration on every dig. That said, excavation is only a fraction of what we do: most of Tioga’s commercial work — service, repair, and building plumbing — is licensed and regulated by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE) under license M-13661.
Alignment and grade are where underground jobs are won or lost, and a red-tagged trench stops the concrete pour, the inspection, and every trade queued behind it. We set alignment and grade precisely, camera-verify before the trench closes, and finish site prep — compaction, fill, and restoration — the way your schedule needs it.
