Social is where we talk to the neighborhood; the phone is where we run the business.

We don’t post the inside of your home without asking, and we don’t post addresses, street views, or anything that identifies a customer. A plumbing job is photographed at the pipe, not at the house. If a technician wants a shot of something genuinely interesting — a cast-iron line that finally gave up, a repipe worth showing — they ask you first, and no is a complete answer.

We also don’t post scare content. There is a whole genre of home-services video built on convincing homeowners that everything in their walls is about to fail, and it sells work that doesn’t need doing. The standard we hold ourselves to on a feed is the same one we hold at your kitchen sink: tell people what is actually wrong, including when the answer is nothing.
