Everything on this page is permanent. None of it is a seasonal promotion with a countdown timer, and none of it requires you to book in the next 48 hours. If you qualify today, you qualify next February when the pipes freeze. That is the difference between these programs and the limited-time offers you’ll find on our current promotions page.
There is one program here that isn’t a discount at all. The Gator Family Membership is a maintenance plan — it changes what we do at your house rather than what we charge for a single visit. Everything else reduces the number on one invoice. Knowing which is which is most of what this page is for.

Gator Family Membership
Who it’s for
Homeowners who would rather spend a predictable amount every year than an unpredictable amount at 2 a.m. It is the only program on this page that is a plan rather than a discount, and the only one that changes what happens before something breaks.
How to claim it
Sign up on the membership page or ask any technician to add it during a visit. The annual plumbing evaluation and sewer camera inspection get scheduled from there, and the member pricing applies from that point forward.
When it’s not the right pick

Senior, Military & Veterans Discount
Who it’s for
Homeowners 65 and up, active-duty service members in any branch including National Guard and Reserve, and veterans of any era. Two groups that overlap more than people expect — and the ones most likely to be in a house with original galvanized supply lines or a water heater well past its service life.
How to claim it
Mention it when you book. Bring a military ID, DD-214, or VA veteran ID if you're claiming it on service; seniors just tell us. It goes on the written quote before any work starts.

Mentioning it after the invoice
The discount goes on the written quote, and the quote is built before the work starts. Once a job is closed out, reopening the paperwork is awkward for everyone. Say it on the phone.
Assuming you don't qualify
Spouses and dependents on a military ID count. Guard and Reserve count. A neighbor you referred two months ago still counts. Tell dispatch who you are and let us sort out which program fits.
Trying to stack them
One eligible discount per service call, always the largest one you qualify for. Stacking isn't a trap we set — it's how flat-rate pricing stays honest for everyone else on the schedule.

No — one eligible discount per service call. But you never have to guess which one is best: we always apply the largest one you qualify for, and it goes on your written flat-rate quote before any work starts, so you see the discount in ink.
What's the difference between a discount and the membership? +
Discounts are one-time savings on a single visit. The maintenance membership is ongoing: scheduled maintenance that catches small problems before they become expensive emergencies, plus member perks year-round. Many members still qualify for a discount category too — we'll apply whichever saves more on a given call.
