Fixtures & Accessories
1-yr repair / 5-yr replace
Faucets, toilets, disposals, and other fixture and accessory work carries a 1-year warranty on repairs and a 5-year warranty on replacements — parts and labor. Subject to water quality testing.
Sewer, Water & Gas Lines
5-yr repair / 20-yr replace
Line repairs are warrantied for 5 years; a full line replacement (sewer, water, or gas) carries a 20-year workmanship warranty.
Water Heaters & Filtration
Manufacturer + Tioga labor
Water heater and water filtration installs carry the manufacturer’s parts warranty, backed by Tioga’s own labor warranty if something needs to be revisited. Subject to manufacturer-required maintenance.
Gator Family Members
+2 years on new installs
Gator Family Membership adds two additional years of coverage on top of the standard warranty for any new install — on us, for staying a member.
