Mayfair Addition and Mayfair North are two of Hurst's established subdivisions, part of the city's core of single-family brick homes built during Hurst's mid-century-through-1980s growth. Like most of built-out Hurst, these are slab-foundation houses on expansive North Texas clay with mature trees, and most have no HOA.
